WALK THE TALK..

We are all, at some point in time, angry with someone,
Filled with frustration against our loved ones,
Feel disrespected and unloved by near and dear ones,
And do feel trampled and taken for granted, at times, by someone.
We feel sad and dejected 😦
If we are feeling any of these emotions,
We are feeding these emotions.
It is a weed growing within, stealing nourishment from the positivity within.
It’s a jungle of negativity in there, of unruly thoughts and we are feeling suffocated and strangled by them.
Believe me, it’s not someone or our loved one,
It’s us, who has all of these unruly emotions within, which we are showcasing.
Because, we cannot showcase what does not belong to us..
So, come my dear friends, let’s embark on a long walk,
With a talk to battle the unsettling thoughts,
A walk to shed those extra pounds, which our mind has harbored around,
Let’s go within, to cut out those unruly weeds of negative emotions,
The feelings of anger, jealousy, sadness and frustration,
A journey within to meet our true selves and plant seeds of positive emotions !!
I do hope, I find enough people on this journey, I intend to take, whom I could call my friends,
Please join me in taking on cleaning one weed of negative emotion, which we can mend….
Hope to hear about your little devil, which you would want to give up,
And make a conscious effort to keep it at bay…
Speak words of love,
Let our actions show care,
Yes, we might be angry or frustrated,
But, tomorrow, our loved one may not be there 😦
As we walk the path of life,
With our friends, dear ones or soulmate,
Let’s live, laugh and love more,
Before it’s too late to enjoy anymore !!

Happy or sad, love or hate,

A heavenly creation, with love, for our mortal consumption !!💕💖💕

Where does it hurt?
Why do we feel hurt,
By words someone has spoken…
Where do we feel it and where does it pain??
Where do the tears flow from ??
The wounds and the scars of the older wounds aching and hurting,
Are intensely etched and ingrained,
Somewhere in the deep crevices of our being…
The words are spoken arrows,
Hitting the target of the concentric circles, of the emotional dart board,
Bringing out the hidden emotions of anger, sadness and frustrations to the brink,
To ooze out of us.
We demand an apology, and rightly so..
Lest, to satisfy our ego,
But, my dear friends, Do you think that’s the way to go??
Apology, is a must,
Not from the person who shot arrows of words on us,
But from ourselves to US,
For having suppressed the emotion within and for blaming it outside of us.
A big shout out of Thank You to the person who speaks thus,
To help trigger the release of emotion buried within us,
To bring about the emotional upheaval from within,
To facilitate our true healing !!
If Not..
If not, for the genuine tears that flow, who would care for the emotions,
If not, for the melancholy of grief, who would appreciate happiness,
If not, for the baffling complexities, who would recognize simplicity,
If not, for the hunger of needs, who would enjoy the cuisines of existence,
If not, for the bitter hatred, who would cherish the unconditional love,
If not, for death, who would care for the gift of invaluable life,
If not, for the deep desire of the soul within, who would care for the experiences !!
If everything we got or had would last forever, how would the quality of life be?
We enjoy life, because of the polarities that exist, which makes us strive for and also appreciate our blessings.
The above written post is one of my random ramblings, do feel free to share your thoughts..
What is your pain measurement?
Sugar coat the harsh words,
Cover all the aches and pains hiding in the dark dungeon of your heart with a coat of varnish,
Plaster the anger and jealousy and put up your best self forward,
Hide all negative and suppressed emotions, unexpressed and unspoken words in the underground prison of your mind, project a smiling face,
And present the perfect, unblemished facade to mask the internal anguish !!
How many of us are guilty of presenting ourselves, thus, with somebody or the other, due to some compulsion?
The journey continues..
A flurry of thoughts,
A scurry of emotions,
A hurry to reach your destination,
A blurry sight of vision,
A tussle between a confused mind and a demanding brain,
A reason, good enough for devastation…
It is then, you require,
A space for breathing,
A room for silence,
An ear to listen,
A hand to hold,
A shoulder to rest your head on,
Eyes to shed tears,
And just be…
And then you feel,
A shower of blessing,
A touch of warmth,
A kiss of love,
A hug with power…
From a parent, a loved one….
Which brings back the avid energy,
To control your emotions, and restore your connection,
And to walk the path of life to reach your destination….
The journey continues, as life is a series of such situations.
Arid
Life is a mix of people and people are a mix of emotions. Happy, sad, bubbly, angry, selfish…
There are a few people though, who are emotionless – arid..People who are in a vacuum of positive emotions – they are drained out. Drained out of love, happiness, cheer and joy. They only harness emotions of negativity like anger, hatred, jealousy and selfishness. They fail to enjoy the small joys of life around them. They are in a cocoon and that’s their life. In a world full of bright light, they know not, what sunshine is 😦

Feelings of a desolate woman
Somewhere deep within
Carrying deep hurt..
Not visible to the naked eye,
A feeling of sadness and hurt,
Deep emotions surging high..
Eyes, blur and filled with tears,
Forcing out a flurry of fears…
Holding hands, thinking it was love,
Was a mistake, which you could never appreciate.
Suffocation resides within,
Cannot share where the thoughts have been…
No true companion, waiting for things to happen,
Slowly turning hollow, with no dreams to follow,
With lost love, and days to shove…
The love of the children, keeps the anchor strong,
If not for their love, life would have been long bygone.
