WALK THE TALK..

We are all, at some point in time, angry with someone,

Filled with frustration against our loved ones,

Feel disrespected and unloved by near and dear ones,

And do feel trampled and taken for granted, at times, by someone.

We feel sad and dejected 😦

If we are feeling any of these emotions,

We are feeding these emotions.

It is a weed growing  within, stealing nourishment from the positivity within.

It’s a jungle of negativity in there, of unruly thoughts and we are feeling suffocated and strangled by them.

Believe me, it’s not someone or our loved one,

It’s us, who has all of these unruly emotions within, which we are showcasing.

Because, we cannot showcase what does not belong to us..

So, come my dear friends, let’s embark on a long walk, 

With a talk to battle the unsettling thoughts,

A walk to shed those extra pounds, which our mind has harbored around,

Let’s go within, to cut out those unruly weeds of negative emotions,

The feelings of anger, jealousy, sadness and frustration,

A journey within to meet our true selves and plant seeds of positive emotions !!

I do hope, I find enough people on this journey, I intend to take, whom I could  call my friends,

Please join me in taking on cleaning one weed of negative emotion, which we can mend….

Hope to hear about your little devil, which you would want to give up,

And make a conscious effort to keep it at bay…

Speak words of love,

Let our actions show care,

Yes, we might be angry or frustrated,

But, tomorrow, our loved one may not be there 😦

As we walk the path of life,

With our friends, dear ones or soulmate,

Let’s live, laugh and love more,

Before it’s too late to enjoy anymore !!
