You are calm, you are dutiful,

You connect to the world within me, making me peaceful,

You provide me life and stay a lifetime with me,

 You are my loyal friend, for till the end, you are with me.

When I am angry, you work at a rapid pace,

You are the only one who runs along with me in every race,

You are the most precious asset,

Taking care of you is the best bet,

From the time in the womb to birth, to death,

You are the life saving mechanism, 

I bow down to you for being there for me, my dear BREATH !!
